Booking Contract
Dear Creatives,
We’re honored that you joined us. Tipp2cool Studios is based out of ALTEREGO BRAND & CO and our goal is to create a community space for artists and creatives to come together in a comfortable and supportive environment. Upon arrival: Clients & Their Party Must show a photo id, Sign in & out at all times during your booking session. A photo ID will be kept by AEB supervisor until your session is complete and will be returned to you after, to ensure that all equipment is accounted for. Any equipment used must be returned in original condition and in their original places. Please read
the terms and conditions below before submitting a reservation request.
Payment/Fees: NO CASH BOOKINGS & NO PERSONAL CHECKS, CARDS ONLY. We accept all major credit card/debit cards, CashApp, PayPal, Google and Apple Pay.
A $50-non refundable deposit is required to block all other reservations during your requested date and time and prevent economic loss on the studio. Your card is charged the remaining amount at the beginning of your booking session.

Prices:
Raw footage & photos: $35-$50
Edit footage & photos: $65-$80

.30 sec to 1-min: $35-$50 fee
Editing: Over 1-min and longer: $65-$80 fee
Footage & Photographs Released:
Edit footage & photos will be delivered 4-5 days. Will be sent through email provided on contract of booking.
Raw footage & photos will be delivered 1-2 days. Will be sent through email provided on contract of booking.
Length Of Use
Your session time starts from the moment, the first person of your crew comes into the studio and
ends when the last person of your crew leaves the studio. Our staff will make sure that the studio is
set-up part of your session. Please consider putting in the notes what’s needed prior to your
session. We will make sure to have it ready for you.

Respect The Studio
**Security cameras are enforced**
1. There must be absolutely NO foul playing in or out of the studio
2. No smoking inside the studio. All smoking should be outside at the smoking designated area across the building. This also includes NO VAPING in the studio🙂
3. ABSOLUTELY NO ILLEGAL SUBSTANCES or ACTIVITY ON PREMISES! If any suspicion or substances found:
- Immediate termination of your session.
- You may be reported to the authorities
- Immediately banned from studio for good. (This goes to all parties)
4. ABSOLUTELY NO WEAPONS INSIDE THE STUDIO or on the PREMISES
5. Keep all food and drinks away from the equipment. Keep it outside the studio control room, isolation booth at all times,
6. Handle all the equipment with care. You break it, you buy it! This means you are responsible for the retail cost of the damaged materials.
7. SAVE YOUR WORK!!! All projects must be saved on an external memory source. (e.g. flash drive, external hard drive, personal online storage) *We can provide flash drives for additional cost if needed*
8. Keep ALL Recording devices in the studio only. NO recording devices outside of the Tipp2cool Studio. Unless it’s pertains to photography and videographer work session….If client, or anyone in client’s party is found filming or shooting outside of the studio will be immediately terminated and client will be asked to leave.
9. Studio must be cleaned and vacated by the end of your session. Make sure it’s back in the shape it was before entering. If the studio requires additional cleaning after Renter’s session, or there are any hard-to-clean material (e.g. glitter, oils, spills, confetti, make up, etc) you will be charged a $50 cleaning fee
10. No pets are allowed in the studio without authorization from ALTEREGO BRAND & Co supervisor.
11. This is a private place. So we asked for you NOT to share your location to anyone outside of this facility. -No More than 4 people in the studio at one time without authorization. Any extra guest you will be charged $10/pp
We need at least 24 hours notice if you must reschedule or cancel your booking. Violating any of the above statements may result in permanent dismissal of services provided by ALTEREGO BRAND & CO
